Ok, to get the free easter bouqet, follow these steps:
1) Go to proxyhideout.com/
2) When your there, go put in stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=293 in the search engine.
3) Logg in.
4) Put in random answers and then logg out.
*If you wanted to, changing your password is always a safe thing to do after using a proxy server!
